My stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the hotel was beautifully designed, and my suite was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat. However, there were several issues, such as a lack of room service and unresponsive housekeeping that dampened my experience.

I appreciated the spacious suite, especially with the view overlooking the pool. However, I faced discomfort due to a Murphy bed and some cleanliness issues like a dirty pillowcase. Overall, the room felt less well-maintained than expected.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The overall atmosphere was lively, and I especially enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms. However, I did face some inconveniences with the elevators during my visit. which was frustrating at times.

The room was nicely updated and featured modern elements like a huge TV and a TV in the bathroom mirror. It was spacious and quiet, providing a comforting retreat after long days. I did find the bedding a bit rough, though, and the thermostat worked but had odd temperature swings.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. I received excellent assistance from the front desk regarding issues I encountered with my corporate card, and Matthew from concierge went above and beyond to help with transportation and local tips.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip. right near the convention center and in close proximity to various attractions. It's also not far from both Disney and Universal, making it great for leisure stays too.
